SAMARTH Scheme The government of India is planning to rope in more industry partners to increase the pace of training under its flagship SAMARTH scheme for skill development in the textile sector. SAMARTH (Scheme for Capacity Building in Textile Sector) is a flagship scheme launched by the Indian Ministry of Textiles in 2017 with the aim of improving the skills and employability of workers in the textile industry.
